No one wants to wait in a medical office so we work very hard to plan our days and accommodate our patients scheduling needs. We also understand that emergencies arise and missed appointments are sometimes unavoidable. However, please understand that last minute cancellations create scheduling voids that we are often unable to fill. Arriving late for your appointment not only causes delays for us, but in turn for all remaining patients that day.

Late Arrivals
Please call our office as early as possible to let us know you will be late for your appointment. While we will try to accommodate you, depending on the length of your delay, your appointment may need to be rescheduled for a later time or date.

Missed Appointments
Please call our office as early as possible to let us know you cannot make your appointment. We will reschedule at the earliest possible date. Repeated missed appointments or cancellations without 24 hour notice may incur an office visit charge.

Cancellations
We appreciate 24 hours notice for cancellations. This allows us to refill the appointment time with another patient. Repeated missed appointments or cancellations without 24 hour notice may incur an office visit charge.
